Fiber Art

Karen creates one of a kind unique needle felted creations with the fiber raised on Schmidt Farm.

Icelandic sheep, Angora rabbits, & Llama call Schmidt Farm home and provide all the fiber used in this fiber art.

Karen hand processes all of the fiber herself including hand shearing, washing, carding & combing and finally creating each original and unique piece.  Processing of the fiber is minimized and done with great care to best represent and honor the animal it came from.
